  • Yes, we offer a free one-week trial which includes access to all gym equipment and classes during staffed hours, limited to one per person and valid for first-time users only. Terms and conditions apply.

  • AUD 60 per month. And it's month-to-month!

  • We're not like other gyms who impose a sneaky "exit fee" as a penalty. You can cancel anytime, or even pause your membership indefinitely. Just call 1800 123 456 or visit us and speak to any staff member. Our memberships are month-to-month so if you cancel near the start of your next monthly billing period, you will be refunded that month's fee. Alternatively you can continue to use the gym until the last date of your final month's billing cycle.

  • There are several ways to connect with one of our expert PTs. The best way is to say hello to them directly, they'll be more than happy to assist. You can also enquire at the reception desk. Finally, we have in-club PT profile boards that highlight the specialties and qualifications of our team, with contact numbers and emails.

  • Certainly! We have a $10 Day Pass and a $25 One Week Pass.

  • Our most social class! Held on Fri & Sat mornings, it's a different workout each week chosen by members. It's 60 minutes long, and open to all fitness levels. Great for meeting people, trying new movements, and starting your weekend strong. Coffee and chat afterwards.

  • Yes, although staffed hours are 7am to 7pm daily. You can access the gym anytime by swiping your membership card at the entrance.

  • Please wear shoes at all times. Bring a towel to keep things hygienic for all users. You're free to bring your own yoga mat for floor training. Be sure to carry your membership card too.

  • Yes! 20% off for all students. Please bring a valid student ID while signing up.

  • Certainly. Just call 1800 123 456 or visit us and let us know when to stop/restart your monthly payments.

  • For now, you don't need to. It's first come, first served, so just show up outside the class 5 min before the session starts. Every class can accept the first 25 members in the queue. The schedule is available on the Train page, and we'll keep it updated. We're also working on adding an online booking system.
