HIIT Strength
45 min
High-intensity circuit combining resistance training with cardio bursts. Build muscle while torching calories. Uses barbells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. 45 minutes of maximum effort with built-in rest periods. Burns 400–600 calories.Functional Fitness

Real-world movement patterns that improve how you move in daily life. Think lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and moving in multiple directions. Pure cardiovascular conditioning using rowers, exercise bikes and bodyweight cardio drills. Interval-based training that improves heart health and endurance while burning serious calories. Active recovery sessions focusing on flexibility, joint health and injury prevention. Combines yoga-style stretches, foam rolling techniques, breathwork and corrective exercises. The perfect complement to intense training days—helps you recover faster and move better.
